the max-flo is supposed to have very good recharge rates, and has very stable regulation = consistant fps and fast shooting without drop off

Paul,

It's like most things in Paintball, you can run a Shocker on a Preset (Centreflag or Crossfire) and have no problems - but if you want the best possible performance, then you pick a great reg to feed your Uzi.

Just get the Max-flo - you won't be disappointed;)

well since max-flow and shockers are made by smartparts, they fit together like a hand and glove lol.

max-flow is so consistent but need maintenance now and again. has a handy on/off, but the gas is always there. however the on/off can leak as the o-ring wears down, so you need to replace parts sometimes.

still go for the flow though :D

If you want a single reg setup (i.e. reg on the tank, but a gas-thru foregrip instead of a front reg) for higher flow, your choices are Max Flo or Conquest ('03 or later.) If you keep the foregrip regulator, it really doesn't matter too much which tank reg you use, and there's a lot to be said for the simpler preset tank regs for the lower maintenance and easier attachment/detachment.
