Max-Flo LPR

I just recieved one of these today from Smart Parts, and i've just fitted it to my cocker, but i'm scared to gas it up as i don't know which way to turn the little adjuster to get it to give off the lowest pressure. could anyone help me out here?

Do i need to screw it in so the little end cap is closest to the main LPR body, or furthest away?

if it's anything like a Nerve Max flow LPR, dialling in is pressure up, dialling out is pressure down.
