The first column is the switches, the f is the time the bolt will stay in the front and the b (dwell) is the time it will stay in the back and the last number is the rate of fire:

I think thats the setting for the standard bolt, if you've got the bolt kit there's different settings.

The Matrix forum at http://www.pbnation.com has dipswitch settings for the different bolt kits out there. If you own a Matrix, that's a great place to find useful info about your gun.

Thanks fo r all the help guys... no how do you know what bolt kit and chip is in your matrix, As I bought it second hand???

If the sticker on the chip says "GUN12" it should be a stock bolt, judging from my own. Bolt kit bolts should be blue or red, maybe with silver parts in there. Stock bolts are either completely metal or black. I'm not sure what else is out there, but this is what I know from Aardvark and The Matrix Center's bolts.
