The first column is the switches, the f is the time the bolt will stay in the front and the b (dwell) is the time it will stay in the back and the last number is the rate of fire:

Great Balls of Styrofoam
If the sticker on the chip says "GUN12" it should be a stock bolt, judging from my own. Bolt kit bolts should be blue or red, maybe with silver parts in there. Stock bolts are either completely metal or black. I'm not sure what else is out there, but this is what I know from Aardvark and The Matrix Center's bolts.
