just wondering if anyone has had any problems screwing barrels onto their trix's, ordering a barrel kit from the US of A and dont want it to arrive and not fit

joe bob means "breech section" instead of "front block."
There are , as you may be aware, aftermarket breech sections available for the Matrix to take Angel or Spyder threaded barrels. Stock breech sections are AC barrel threaded.

ah cool, im hoping to get myself the new designz one or evolve one, not sure why, they're exactly the same
would you happen to know the feed neck threads of a stock breech? not sure if its an old or newer style LED
The feed neck threads are proprietary.
The ND breech with the screw in detentes is going to be released soon, but the Evolve breech is already available. The detentes for the Evolve breech are adjustable for ball size and hopper type (more detente for a Halo). Your stock breech is fitted with little rubber detentes that sort of snap in. They work ok, but they wear out. It won't matter unless you run a Halo. Since Matrices can easily rip at Halo rates, the Evolve breech is pretty handy.
Downside to all the after market breeches is that they have to be machined to fit with anti-chop eyes installed.

not sure, all i know is that its an LED
doesnt matter about machining, when i pay to get the new eyes/board, they drill everything, and if i dont have a new breech, they also drill the breech to accept angel ball detents
