Hey is was just wondering if I could get some input on buying a new marker. I currently have a Pirranha that is almost 8 years old, with almost no upgrades whatsoever. And instead of putting money into upgradeing my old marker, I want to get a new marker. I was thinking of getting a Electronic one this time. And I am looking at spending 400- 500 dollars on it. So any suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks for all your help in advance.

You can definitely get something really nice used, but if you wanted to purchase new, your best bet would be to spend another $250 or so and buy something a bit better with more features, that way you won't need many things to really get it shooting sweet.

your best bet is, like Le-pig, to buy a secondhand Impulse Vision, as they are good markers out of the box with the option to upgrade to become awesome.

impulses are relatively low maintenance.
you need an 3-4.5k psi air system where you can get 175-200psi output from the reg, I recommend a Low pressure maxflo, but if you can't fit it into your budget, get a bottomline, preset air system(PMI, Nitroduck etc) and an inline reg.
and for a hopper, a 12v revolution, eVLution 2(recommended), or Halo B.
