there really is two options, you can invest in a fill station of your own which is the same to the fields and will cost an arm and a leg or you can buy a scuba tank and fill your tank up from that if you get a fill station, that will come to around £200-£300 depending on the tank size and it will cost about a tenner to refill each time give or take a few quid, also as a side note when you are going to buy a HPA tank get a 4500psi one as it will hold more air and if you get the chance to get a 4500psi fill then its worth it, also a carbon fibre tank will be alot better, it is lighter and although it doesn't seem like much its great compared to a all-aluminium one and you will be able to get a used one on the b/s/t section of this form for around 80ish, new they run at about 130-200 depending on brand and a separate regulator if you want one

Who ever told you that needs to give there head a shake, ive got a gurilla tank and ive had nowt but bother with the reg and guage, swapped the bottle now for a slightly older gurilla one and touch wood had no issues as of yet, but i know of alot of others who are having issues with them, same with the dye throttles, try and get a ninja reg and you'll be laughing
I also own a Guerilla Tank. The tanks themselves are dandy, nice and compact and light. However I agree with BDswarveP that the regs aren't that great. The standard myth regs often ping and can get really annoying. The myth g2 aren't too bad however.
Ok so what a decent air set up then? But not too pricey as im only starting up? Im thinking of buying a 2nd hand planet eclipse,(ego)! And a rotor gen-3 hopper? I think thats right!!
