Planet eclipse etec 3 and etha would fall into that group ... the there is proto reflex rail ... and rail ..Empire Axe and invert mini .. they would all do what you ask !!

For £400 you could get a Ego 9/10 or a Geo 2 (maybe 2.1)

There is a lot, but i would suggest a Ego 08/09 or a Axe and with the little spare cash you have out of your budget buy a better 4500psi tank.
Also you got a good mask yet as thats more essential than a Marker!!

yes get a good mask !! if you dont you will regret it ... dont scrimp on this its not just for you safety, it has alot to do with vision, fogging up and comfort etc .

Anything eclipse will do you well, if you want to buy new an etha, etek3 or etek4 are great guns. If you're willing to buy second hand you could pick up an ego10 or geo+ in that price range
