Lots of people have used it, I very much doubt they've had problems with receiving what they've bid on. The site is owned by Mike of TechPB...

The one thing to be wary of is the cost of bids, that's where the money is made. For example, there's no way Mike makes any profit selling a Rotor for $5.37c, but he makes the good money on the bids it cost to get it to $5.37c = $537 worth of bids !

Just be sure you're going to win an item using the lowest number of bids possible and you could get a bargain.

Cheers! Have seen a few posts on markerbids explaining how he makes money on stuff, but I'll have a look around first

anything over £15 yes.

Marker bids is a typical bidding site which uses pre purchased bids and an ever ending timer. The more you bid the higher it goes. The biggest issue is the idea of using minimum bids is ludicrous...it will not work. You can set bids to automatically bid for you so in effect someone could (and does) set up 500 bids for themselves and leave the PC to it.

I have been watching the site for a few weeks but have concluded that its not worth the money. It is always the same few people that end up winning as they waste their entire wages on it. when the marker price reaches $23.70 or somewhat similar and one person has been bidding on it all day that's £2370 of which approx 1/3 is usually that buyers bids. Most the time the winner uses less bids than the item would cost (the exception being DM's, Geo's etc when they come up ) but you have to be that person in the first place. You might as well just buy the items yourself and save the trouble.
