A few weeks ago I bought an nt11 from the forum, I went to the owner and paid cash and as I'm restarting paintball I didn't have a loader or tank to test it. Though he told me there were no problems with it and none mentioned in the thread.
I've got it home to find out that the Asa lever is broken so it doesn't air up and when I manually air it up it leaks air through the bolt not only these problems but I can't get it to fire. I've messaged the seller telling him I'd like a refund as it's atrocious but believe it or not he's ignored my message. Where do I stand?
And is there anyway for people to avoid this in the future?
The tech pbforum implements a good system of a sale:

Known Problems:

Trades of interest:

This way it's precisely clear what the seller is looking at. could something like this be considered for implementation?
