Whats with the upgraded bolt? better efficiency? alos what about the reg?

Basically in the early threshold bolts were over milled on the front o ring hole then they released the upgrade that fixed it

it's an upgraded reg seat (sorry will make that clearer in the original thread)
it's supposed to give it a better consistency
