Marker choice

I've been looking at a couple of used markers on the classifieds and the re-emergence of a seller I thought had gone has left me in a bit of a dilemma. what's the more preferable/best buy?

Impy with a WAS board and Air (in test for over a year yet) for about a ton

Dye matrix (DM3?) with freak kit and Tadao board (not sure about eyes) for a little more.

I've got a 1.1 HP bottle already.

p.s. yes, I'm a bit of a noob though I do have an IR3 already

The Matrix will be a bit thirsty and bulkier than most, but is one of the best guns for that money, yes even with the Ion out there

Try and get one with an Evolve gold bolt if you can, or a big tank

mate get a speed 05 for an extra 50 their goin for £180-200 on the classifieds and trust me mate they are out the box rippin ready

if you go speed way, you will need an lp air system tho

i hear pump guns are making a comeback... save your self 50 quid personally id go for the dm but hey. the impy deal sounds good too. but ions are so cheap to upgrade and simple to work on. know someone selling a black ion pretty much stock with Q lock for 150-160 and you get a great deal of reasurance that its been well maintained. (he has a lot of time on his hands)

id happily shoot a working ion, and to be fair ions are the corsas of the paintball world... easily modible... you can make your stock ion into a boyracer of a gun cheaply and quickly. ive seen spoilers for them ya know!
