Manchester lad needs help!!!

i am new to all of this i have always been into the idea of guns and the skills that comes with them i.e sneeking cunning and team work and i proved yesterday that i have got what it takes went with 20 other lads yesterday and won hands down i have got the certificate to prove it and now i want to join a team cant really make my own because non of my friends have any ambission but could someone point my in the right direction as to joining a team or even someone give me a tryout!!!
i dont have any gear at the moment but if you give me a place in the team i will get everything straight away!!! thanks for listening and hope to hear from someone very soon!!!!
