MAKING MY OWN JT SOFT EARS

Hello All,

Struggling a little in trying to get some Soft Ears for some JT's that I'm making and so thought about making some myself.

I have found a couple of Templates online and now I just need to source material for this. Does anyone have an idea on exactly what I should buy or is it just some foam ??

Any help and guidance would be appreciated.

Have you tried hobby craft. They do some foam sheets in all colour and sizes.

This is what I used and they came out alright, ain't used them on field yet as ain't had a chance to play, so not sure how they will withstand a direct shot.

What about foamboard? It is 3 layers, carboard, foam core and then cardboard. They will be fairly ridgid.

Only a few quid from any hobby or craft store, and comes in a range of thicknesses. 5mm should be thick enough for some JT ears.
