Major Mini Leak

Hey guys

Weird thing happened to my mini, I took out the bolt and bolt guide to clean them and when I put them back in and gassed it up again the damn thing was pissing air straight out of the bolt!!! Not just a small leak bu a big one. Any ideas what this may be?

Check to o-rings.

Screw the back velocity adjuster all the way in, then out to about where you have it set for your FPS. This should reset the position of the poppet if it's not fully forward.

Also make sure you haven't left any parts out

check o-rings on your bolt guide(the part where the bolt slides up and down)

just noticed that there is air leaking from the bottom of the solenoid aswell

I checked the orings and they seem fine. Pretty sure all the parts are there aswell: spring bolt bolt guide, poppet and velocity adjuster.

yeah spring is on the right way and everything. Basically the air is flowing straight throught the marker and exiting both fromt the bottom of the solenoid and straight down the bolt. Any more ideas?

Right, are you sure it's from the bottom of the noid and down the bolt?

I had a problem with air leaking out the bottom of my noid also. I had to reset the noid (not by the 50 clicks with no air and eyes off way but try that first) by opening the noid and resetting the pin inside. If i remember correctly it should be in the "out" position but im sure one of our fellow min owners can confirm this.

Also as said above, screw the back cap all the way in and back out about 3 turns which will make sure the poppet seals.
