Got a question:

How does the macroflex hose stay in the hose fittings?

Is it glued, loctite'd or is there something within the fitting that locks it in place?

Do you just push the hose into the fitting and it's as simple as that?

macroline / macroflex - same thing?

The fitting has a collar with "fingers" which grip the outside of the tube. The fingers of the collar are held in a tapered bore in the fitting so that as the collar is pushed outwards by the air pressure, the fingers grip the tuber tighter. The actual air seal is formed by an o-ring in the collar.
