whats so much better, what do they do that regular steel braid doesn't, i'm thinking it more flexible but it that it?

With push in fittings, they allow you to remove the line without tools, when disconnecting your air, and they give more flexibility.
As long as your carefull when connecting and disconnecting, they will last a long time. Easier to oil up the marker, and simple to fit.

Now with the high pressure fittings available you can trust them to stay on. See me for details.

Far easier to seal, if you need to disconnect often.

do NOT use em for co2 tho they shrink when they get cold.....
