Hey guys does anyone know who the UK support guys are ??

Or if anyone could help ?

I have been asked to have a look at a mates droid and basicly the problem is when gassed up and eyes off it isnt firing and makes a "PPFF" noise

The bolt has had all the orings changed and also the bolt is lubbed i have also reset the board setting to factory which would solve the problem with bolt stick ?

Any ideas ?

I was having the same issue with my Geo 2.1 over the weekend and it appeared to be an issue with the amount of air pushed into the marker, try increasing the pressure to the regulator by a couple of turns. Hopefully this should solve your problem.

I wouldnt suggest just blindly upping the pressure of your regs on a Droid to be honest. They are not like a Geo, and increasing your regs too high can cause damage to your internals. The Droid has a very specific range it should run at to get it to cycle correctly (90-110psi if I remember right).

I would test your HPR with a reg tester and see what it is running at :)

There will be a macdev tech in Basildon for the Millenium if you need to !
Else, I am sure I can fix this if it's just a problem of settings (but don't have the parts as Just doesn't supply macdev products).

I know a couple of certified Macdev Techs in France and Belgium, I you don't mind getting it serviced abroad. I am not aware of any in the UK, but I am quite sure there is some !

Check the bolt for cracks they have a habit of cracking in the grooves were the o-rings sit they are usually hairline and difficult to see and you also want to check the keg as they are also known to crack if there is a pressure spike.

BZ has MacDev Tech support as far as I'm aware - I got my Clone done at round 2 of CPPS - so it might be worth giving them a bell and seeing if they can help you out.
