ok ive got an 03 reg and it rocks.....ive also picked up a rather nice 2k1 conquest.....question is will it perform the same? will i still be able to use it with no inline reg? or am i best double regging this one? whos used em?

Nope, it's only the 2k3 that can be single-regged because it's a balanced design. Earlier Conquests need an inline to work well. I haven't used the older Conquests, but I know people who have, and have said good things about them. And they're pretty light compared to most other adjustable regs.
