Lucky Europe...Legendary service!

Just thought I should drop a note about a recent experience (ongoing) with Lucky Europe.

I made an order about a week ago, which hadnt turned up.

I emailed Lucky and got a reply from Gordon today, who said that he was sorry it hadnt arrived and that the tracking details showed that the item was being returned to them, as it wasnt delivered.

Now...I know, that the item never made it to me as I know my Postie persoanlly, and he knew I was waiting for items as I asked him every day.

So...RM have fcuked up.

However, despite that fact that Lucky, didnt know this and were being told that I just hadn't picked it up from the post office...Gordon said in his reply email, that he would be sending me a replacement by DHL Express Delivery.

Stonking service....legends, the lot of them:D:D:D

This is merely a short post to inform people about my fantastic dealings with lucky paintball

Around 8 months ago I purchased the lucky stage 1, 2, 3 combo from lucky along with a set of laser eyes and a QEV, for the first 6 months of usage everything way perfect, the stage 1, 2 and 3 combined to greatly increase my efficiency, reduce kick that low you could barely feel it and give a better consistency. After roughly 6 months of usage when cleaning my marker after a days play I noticed that there was a small leak down the barrel, upon closer inspection I noticed that there were a number of small groves in the bolt which I believed to be the cause of this leak, I emailed Aaron (the owner of lucky paintball in the USA) and he offered to change the bolt for me free of charge.

Me being the idiot that I am never got round to sending it until a month later, at which point lucky had teamed up with evolve paintball to give a UK site, I emailed lucky Europe and they said that they would do the exact same thing for me, (I agreed mainly to save upon shipping costs and turn around time).

Sadly due to reasons out of their control the UK office was late receiving their shipment from the USA, this could have been for a number of reasons, the most likely of which is that they had sold out in the USA already through pre-orders.

Either way, I rang up the UK office and spoke to one of their employees yesterday, he said that they were terribly sorry about the delay and that they had only received the shipment of bolts earlier this week, and that one would be sent out ASAP

I read my emails later that night to find the bolt was shipped that very same day and arrived at my house before 12am the next day free of charge.

I will, later this week or next post up a full review of the new V3 bolt inc consistency, efficiency and other notes, but for now after having a quick shoot with the 1000psi I have, the kick is ridiculously little and it shoots like a dream, I might consider upgrading it now until there are no stock parts left

O wait that’s only 3 bits I need anyways

100% agree

Great service, great products. I never had a problem with lucky through any order, and for once its good to see a thread praising a paintball company instead of bashing one. One things that suprises me though is that nothing seems overpriced, which is fresh for a paintballing company in rip off UK.

Luckys pricing, is very close to cost price.
Trade prices on items (from what I understand!) are not far off the retail price.

A good price for a good product, thats fair.
