Hey guys has anyone here used a lucky board?

Does it use dip switches like stock DM45C boards?

Has anyone used one and what did you think of it. I'm specificaly looking at the ego board?

To be honest its just a board... with a switch... :p the greatness of it depends which chip/code you use, I'm using a dm4 tadao chip in mine and its great, Its only worth getting if you prefer a micro switch trigger though and works out cheaper than buying a tadao or virtue board. You can pick them up really cheap on ebay, search worldwide and youl get one for about $23 + $15 or so postage.

PS: yeh it uses dips, has two buttons on the back and a multicolour LED.

Cool, i've got a virtue chip. I do prefer a microswitch, will probly try and get my mits on an ego with aftermarket board before i decide to see what it feels like. Damn the LCD screen!

The lucky ego board appears to be identical to the virtue ego board (apart from the colour of the board), how well it works will be completly down to the chip you choose and if you like the feel of the microswitch.
