couple of drops in asa, then let the air push it thru gun.

Depends if you're talking about the oil, or the grease...
Oil, just stick a few drops in your asa/macroline, take the barrel off and dry fire it 30ish times, then wipe the excess oil off the bolt.
the only way you could grease it without dismantling it would be to apply the grease to the parts visible through the breech. But I'm not sure how effective this would be. Tom Allen would be your best bet for telling you.

I'm sure that if you ask nicely Mr Allen would do a full service at the same time for not much extra.. (that's if he doesnt already do it as part of the spitfire mod)
I've had a play with a couple of spitfired Angels, very nice, definitely worth the money.
