can i use dow 33 lube on the pm5 bolt, reg and lpr?

I have no idea about that bud but i would presume yes (although i would think it has a very long shelf life), its quite cheap anyways so if your in dowt just buy a fresh tube

It comes in a few colours depends which you have (i have had blue evil lube before) but mainly its white and kinda like E45 cream (thats the best way i could describe it lol)
