can some body recommend a good lpr to go on a cocker or a 03 shocker or even a impulse. also wheres best to buy on line

On a Cocker you have a LPR on the front which adjusts the cocking preassure...sis under the Ram..get a Twister coz they work and look nice,,,or get an Evo Lpr coz that what Nexus use...tho they arent that much better...

If its the secondary reg your on about (after your airsystem) then Black Magics are good, MacDev conquests are also good I believe...mind you...some say that "everybody" gets rid of the verticle LPR and just sets the maxflow to 400 psi output...of course, that person then sells you a box of paint that turns out to be a steaming pile of ****e..so, best not believe him..

Oh..and buy from Planet if its cocker stuff..or Just paintball (click on the yellow banner) if its something else...or just Planet really...omg as its not Smart Parts coz there ****e...allegedly

If you mean an LPR as seen on the front block of the autococker, I can recommend very highly the Palmer's Rock, but seeing as to how the 03 shocker doesn't allow for the use of a reg as such, I'm inclined to think that you mean a secondary reg, in which case I've heard good things about the Max Flo and the CP regs.

Edit: Sidewinder is an extremely good LP reg as well.

if you are talking lprs then for cockers go with the evo, although not much use on an impy as they are not lockable. dont know much about shockers

if you meen inline regs which i think you do
impys and i think shockers run low pressure, so you need a reg that can work well at low pressures, such as an inline max flow, a palmer sabilizer or an aka reg. or you could dump the inline altogether and use a balanced adjustable air system such as a max flow or macdev conquest.
cockers run at a higher pressure and there are a lot more regs that work well in this range, the wdp regs are great value for money as are the cp ones

its an lpr as in the front block off a cocker, the new 03 shocker can use one to regulate the pressure to the bolt , similar to the matrix, i just need a good, fast recharge, adjustable one

for a cocker the best are the rock, belsales/nexus although for the shocker im guessing you need one that is lockable, i had a jackhammer on my impy and that worked very well....have a look on new designz website they do some nice impy stuff, im guessing they do shocker stuff as well?

planet did have some a while back, not sure who as them now


they are made by ans if that helps, might have to import tho
