lp or hp for ion?

Does an ion need LP or HP air tank?

Either the ion reg is good enough to cope with lp but personally id just stick with a hp air tank as you wont have any fear of shoot downs.

although it could technically run on either due to the low operating pressure, SP recommend using HP input to ensure top consistancy.
