I know that the only recommended lp reg is a Crossfire, however has anyone run their EGO on any other LP air system??

If so how do you find it? any problems or is High pressure air the best for them.

for some reason i prefer to run a marker on Lp if possible, as i feel it is easier on the working bits, but like i say this is just a mental thing......................

any comments appreciated

Really the only working bits that are affected by using a HP/LP preset are the air fittings and ASA. Maybe the regulator to a very small extent.

After the regulator, the pressure is relative to the velocity you are firing at, not the pressure you are putting into the reg.

Get decent air fittings and you shouldnt need to worry about the output of your air system.

tried on an 05 - fine
tried on an 06 -dramatic shootdown

dunno if this is due to the larger reg volume of an 06 showing up the refresh rate, or whehter it was dwell related
worked fine on HP though

so bear that in mind

(bottles used LP angel air preset, hp PMI and nitrduck Xst set to 800psi)

yeah seems no probs on the 05's at all

i remember seeing something somewhere that someone using an LP on an EGO6 had to change their dwell to compensate...but im no expert
