just been talking to skirmish, although lots of people have as such booked, but not paid and the site is thinking of pulling out if they look like they are gonna lose money

please pay up or lose the event, is as i understand it the bottom line

(i don't work for skirmish or UKPSF by the way, i'm just a concerned baller)

Apparently the UKPSF has absolutely nowt to do with this.. their bash is The Empire Strikes Back sometime in October/november I gather.

Just thought i'd mention that. As for myself and a buynch of others... unlikely to pay up until the end of the month (pay day) to many sooner pre-pay comittments have seen to that. I think this may be the case for a lot of other people as well...

that sounds fair enough......I would imagine bookings will go up after turn of the month. there's not much info about the state of play on the forums though and the link to Blings web site is down a lot. bit more info wouldn t go amiss. hope it goes ahead. there's always BRAVEHEART in September

that's how many have booked, not how many have confirmed by paying up so i'm told

Aye.........that would make sense; don't know how many they need to definately go ahead but I wouldn't expect the cash to come rolling in until closer to the date. We've only just got Warriors out of the way after all. The organisers will have to make a decision soon though. If players aren't sure about whether the uptake will be sufficient then they might decide to give it a miss. That would be a shame right enough.

Can anyone give an indication of who's actually paid? it's all well and good knowing who has booked, but i'd rather know how many are certain. (yeah we'll get enough people in the end, but i wanna know how many so far...)
