Must be worth a try for someone out in Exeter.
Limited information in the advert, they are presumably old Co2 cylinders and elderly goggles, and a 'cylinder charger' could be anything - probably a fill rig.

On the law of averages they may be Sterling pumps, which in the past have gone for around £40 on here

But £200 for 30 pumps is £6.66 each.
The chances are a clean up and o-rings will do, but if necessary some could be cannibalised into others.
5 good ones could get the buyers money back and one for themselves.
