Looking to join a team in kent

im really intrested in joining a team or playing in a few walk ons to start.. but dont really know how to go about it(ie.what equipment i need) ive been on a few group days and ive always done ok.. if anyone can help that would be great

i live near maidstone but will travel.

if there are any teams or sites local to me info on them would be good...
