Have a word with Sparklie, or get yourself down to one of her Academy days (next one 17 November). A few teams train there, plus plenty of players you could form a new team with.
Also, try mailing any of the Overlord guys through the boards, they are usually looking for new blood.

If your in the North London area the UK Marshall's are avalible train every other wednesday night ( Tonight ). A friendly sucessful bunch of 3 teams with different levels of skill.
