looking for a team :'(

Hi everyone, my bio pretty much says this but you probably havnt looked there yet, so...

Ive been paintballing for a few years and last year i bought my own marker, ammo pack, mask etc. Im at the point now where im playing every saturday afternoon at my local arena, 'Manchester Paintball Arena', Oldham, Manchester, and im looking to join a team. Problem is there doesnt seem to be any teams in my area.

This probably seems like a trivial post to more experienced users but ANY help you guys could provide would be greatly appreciated!

If your willing to go as far as southampton to train bi-monthly then you're more than welcome to tag along with Broken.

Solid bunch of guys, always getting people into the sport.

I understand it's a HELL of a trip But you're guna have a good time down here every 2 weeks or so.

Thanks for the invite brad if i can get down there then ill let you know but as you rightly say, its a hell of a way lol, and i dont drive so for the immediate future sadly im gonna have to decline That being said though if i can find some cheap way of making the journey regularly then count me in, ill keep you informed cos i am interested.

have a look at the comprehensive team list it's a sticky in this area of the forum, you should find local teams and contact information there.

Have done man, thanks, managed to get in touch with Tommy'the gunn'webb from that and hes got me in touch with The Firm, they didnt have any contact info on the list but he knows a couple of them Not got any replies yet but i only messaged them tonight so they prolly havnt even seen them yet

Try Asylum Paintball in Stockport , i no they put teams into the CPPS events

Go down to MTPC the guys who run the CPPS at Penkridge, Post code is ST19 5RE just off junction 13 of the M6 or look under the 'training section' on these forums.

Lot of teams from you neck of the woods train there, so might be easier to get a lift to the place

You have top teams such as Distruption, Method, Warped and the Firm training there at different times and then at the other end of the scale you have teams or players who have just started playing Tourney and want to see what its all about.

Best way to see if you like it (which you will) and hook up with a team
