Does sexual pref really make all that much of a difference to attracting team members?, i mean sure, if everyone had the same or similar sexual pref's they would feel more comfortable around one another, but i mean come on if there a good player and a great personality why should there pref make any difference...unless they start trying to flirt or get with you, that always causes trouble.
