Looking for a team?...

I guess the question really applies to newbies, but I think for people that are just starting in the sport find it very hard to get into the sport and then find a team to play for.

What do you guys think? I really only play on walk ons and recently wanting to get into tourney play, thankfully nitroball has help us out. But other people might not be as lucky as some. What do you guys think?

talking of which, are any teams looking for players next season? I know someone who is looking, there isn't any more room on my team unfortunately but please let me know if you have room.

not really, there are so many teams at a variety of levels looking for players that by either turning up at events and chatting or talking on here it's pretty easy to find someone to tag along with. heck even me from the distant north got on fine jumping on with all you english lot!

there is/was the very helpful team list in the newbie area. and if teams are recruiting for a particular game they user post in announcements.

Also where do you live so people know wherer you can get to training and stuff

I don't know. There are a lot of tight nit teams around which can be a bit daunting if you ask them for a game.

A lot of the big teams are always looking for progressing talent, last year for example, Disruption, Nexus, Tigers, Entity and The Firm are always looking for players.

Samurai this year are really going out looking for people to start playing, Rampage are looking for players to bolster their already existing squad, I wouldn't say its difficult to find a game.

finding a team for a game may be easy enough, however what about finding a team to join full time!
