long barrels

good luck finding one longer than 18 inches. I don't think there is a legal limit, but you won't notice much difference between a 12 and anything greater, and the longer the barrel, the looser your going to play, thats in a completely non sexual way.

Check out Novembers PGI

Check out the Nov issue of PGI, it shows a pic of John Sosta from Storm, I assume playing at Campaign, bunkering a guy and his barrel on his E mag must be 3feet long, !!!

Dont know whether he actually played with it or it was just a publicity shot?

not really. a longer barrel enables u to manipulate ur barricade without coming out to much. this is why teams like russian leigion use 18 and 16 inch barrels. ne way its a matter of preferece. some may prefer a smaller barrel and this may enable them to play tighter.

I've hear you can get 22" shipped over from the states.

But I think that was onlt for the tipman
I have played with a guy that had a 21" for his spider. Used a lot of gas but it was pretty accurate.

the tippmann model 98 custom can get a 20" (taso stone cold II) and a 21" (Tru-Flight PE) but a long barrel isn't a good idea for tournies anyway, as they use up more gas, and they don't really increase accuracy, but they allow you to take more crack shots, as they guide the ball for longer due to the extended barrel travel.( that's an opinion, i don't want everyone with a different opinion posting replies to this)
