I'm not completely new to Paintball but I am just starting to look for tournz and stuff like starting a team. I need some tips on how to get all this kinda stuff together and junk. Help me!!!

Well you need to say what sort of stuff you need ie:gun/mask/air/c02/players
i have some stuff for sale if you look in the sale part, you will find most of the stuff you need in there, lots of good things for sale

Yeah tell us all what you have already. i.e paintball kit team members and we can all help you a bit more. best is to get 5 min players which all work together as a team and train, train, train at home in a field or better still at your nearest paintball site.
Talk to players who are already well established and come to as many tournaments as possiable playing or watching to get as much advice as possiable. how to work fields and communcation is a big part in any game. Hope this helps

Also mate you dont really want to start a new team your best vet would be to joi one that is already going. If you can t join them just try to train with them so you can get better at sup-ait then maybe they will either let you join or you will be good enough for other teams
