Linking air bottles

Is it possible to link two air bottles together with remote lines?
By putting one line from out valve to others in valve and then using another line to feed the marker?

Divers do this but connect the cylinders to a common rail which then feeds the diver's regulator. Their cylinders are a little larger, though eg 7 litres +. How long a game were you thinking of playing? And would you be able carry enough paint?

Yes it can be done, but normally the bottles would be connected together and the reg connected to the output of the two bottles. I'm not sure if you can connect the output of both regs together and feed off that.
