It is soldier holding M-16 with Aimpoint 3000 optical sight.
Helmet/radio headset
SPIE rig hookup
Body armor (what looks like pod packs)
Nomex Flight suit
Sit harness (what looks like a 'cup' that is too big)
Basically an assault force sniper setup

ive seen this video so many times and still dont get sick of it.. i guess its the skip backs and music
