Lil bit of help plz

i got 2 things i need help with

1st thing:
Dose any 1 no any uk shops were i could buy hmm this is the tricky bit, its the tape that is used to lock the eclipse Qev onto an ion, sorry if thats a bad description but i saw a vid showing me how to install it and thats wat they used, I think it mite PTA V tape??? also correct me if im wrong but i cant use loctite??

2nd thing:

Dose any 1 no wen the Empire 06 Fastpack will be out??

its the 1 at the top, i need it in 2 weeks and didnt no if it would be out by then or if its already out in other shops???

With 176 posts surely you have noticed there are different forums for different purposes. Try putting your posts in the forum they belong in--otherwise if they keep showing up in SYB all the time they will simply be deleted.
In addition there are mods who here who object to txt spk and will kill your posts for that, too. Something you might want to keep in mind.

point 1 - PTFE tape is available from any hardware shop. Yes you can loctite it in but you very definately do not want to

EDIT ADDED: crumpy, you post everything in SYB. The fact this thread is now in Techroom and you remain confused isn't a good sign though, is it? TFP

ok sorry, i got rele confused cause i wasnt sure were i put it in 1st place, but now i no wat u mean i was reading it in techroom and thought som1 said it need moveing and i didnt no were else it should go but i no now

Purely out of interest why shouldn't you use locktite???

sorry tom,

My guess about the no locktite thing is that u wont be able to take the Qev out because it not a strong metal and would snap inside the fire chamber. thats what i think but correct me if im wrong??

I was thinking that but surely you could use low strength locktite.

The weak stuff we have here makes a great seal and just a tiny bit of heat and it s loose enough to inscrew with your fingers.
