Anyone work for a company who does letterpress?

Old school typography letterpresses The type that leaves an indent in the paper. (pun intended)

we have one in work that cuts out letter shapes...... that the sort of thing you mean?

dont think he means to cut out, but to indent the paper, like a shadow print in the paper.

no by the sounds of it hes after a dry embossing press .

it pops weight on one side of the papper so the letters stand out on the over side .

mate try your local arts shop ( QVC ) they mights sell the pens you use for it . if not hunt down a old school printers they will have one .

that was what i was trying to say.. been two years since i left my graphic design course. have a crap memory some times
