I have had a wee idea that may improve things......some folk may agree others may not.....lets get organised in the UK.

I am trying to get together a list, not a complicated one but a kind of Yellow pages for us over here..I have 2.5 gig spare on my hard drive and have no probz dedicating some of this to our sport.

What I am proposing is that ppl get in touch with their team names, phone numbers for the captains or vice captains, the area they play in and their level of play.

This I will print up and distribute at each tourney I play or if anyone asks....e-mail it to them.Hopefully this will help us organise our own training days etc...

I am just a beginner at tourney level .....so if you think I am out of order let me know and I'll bow out.....I just think that a central database for us all to get in touch may help us co-ordinate things.

Thanks for listening
Andy....aka Emma....Team Trigger Happy.

wrong bloody button

Ignore my new thread meant it to be here.

Excellent idea, there are so many teams out there and it is a brilliant idea to keep a track of them, heres one build though, might be an idea to tie in with Bully as he runs the UKPSF and run them together, if your names not on the list, well, your sh**, hehe, tell me the details you want and need and I'll gladly send them to you, oh, we are probably the only team in Scotland and you already probably know me, tis the Sidney fellow..

get in touch with bully.

it may help if you get in touch with bully about this idea.
he (along with others) runs the ukpsf, they have a list of contact numbers for all registered teams and he has also a directory of member sites, trade members and other things.
he may be interested in either you helping him set this sort of thing up or utilising a directory that you compile.

this can only help things along in the uk.

Have spoken to Bully about this.

Unfortunately the information about UKPSF members is protected by the Data Protection Act..I am proposing a voluntary listing of teams...not a regulatory body.

Just a contact list.....who/what/where etc...and a phone number..

Am I asking too much??.....we all play and train in the same area....so why not do it at the same time......I know I'm a Rookie....but learning from guys who have been around for a while will benefit us...and you guys.....you'll get to feel all smug for a day......then get your botties spanked after we've learnt from you.....creating a more competitive feild.

We'll also have a more grassroots access to the rec players.....promoting us even more......I've just sent 20+ players on a rec day......and they loved it....

Watching a team play on the day will more than pique their interest...

Andy.(Bald and what of it!!)

If you want to be on the list just mail me,or fill out the bottom of the form.

Its just an idea but site owners and companies that make/produce equipment names and numbers would also be useful.
