Legion hitting the US

From the PSP website, looks like Russian Legion are registered for div1 Xball at the NE Open.....

I guess lots of questions are gonna be answered by the end of next month.

Legion played in Div1 XBall events last year, and they said quite some months ago that they would play in one Div1 event this year as well as the EXL. So this isn't exactly new or shocking news.

Whether they join up into the NXL for next year as some people have speculated is an entirely different matter....kinda

Still, it'll be interesting to see them bash the crap out of the likes of Dynasty, Dogs, and whatnot. Or not.

Although I find it difficult to see the question mark in Jays thread, he made a statement as in they will bash them or they wont...not asking will they...

I ain't saying it is shocking news or anything. However, in the new context (as compared to last year) of Legion totally mowing everyone in the few EXL events they played, of many people stating that they LOOK stronger than anyone in the entire univers, of Pro teams figthing it out to be in the golden 17....... it IS interesting news.....

Yeh...just imagine if tha Legion does win, and then plays World Cup and wins, and then XBall fades out as psp suffers from the competition - tha NPPL will see tha Russkies playing in the second tier next season.

You'd have a second division featuring tha likes of legion, strange, ironmen, nyx, trauma, all fighting for one position to step up to Pro in '06...

Could happen.

EXACTLY!!!

And in that case, it will take 4 or 5 years for some of these teams to get back to their Pro status.... hmmm I don't see that happening.... I guess some rules might have to be changed then.....
