Small claims court mate as it's under £5k

You can do most of it online as well

Print the forms etc, send him a copy...it's only VALID once it has been stamped by someone at your local court, so..it needed go too far, but will put the ****es up him...or go all the way, if he doesn't show up, you win and can send Bailiffs in.

Its cheap too, like £60.

Mind you, that said, you are in Scotland, so I think it may be different. Take him to an English court in that case!

If you take a look at those Get Back Bank Charges type sites, Martin Lewis etc, teh procedure is outlined there, only for banks, but principle is the same.

At Creampie Cartel we offer a 'removal service'.

For £500 we kill someone. For another £500 you get to choose who it is.

We also supply a complimentary ashtray with the latter package.

I'm a Lawyer, and my advice is to.......

...check whether he has the means to pay a judgement first.

By that I mean:-

Does he have any money, does he own any property, or does he own a car?

It is easy to get a judgement, but getting your money is another matter entirely.

PM me if you need any advice.

:)

Look at Hatty McDaniel. She died, then came back as Oprah Winfrey to get her money.
