After a year on the crazy gravey train that is SEVERE Monkey Love a new job is dragging me kicking and screaming away from the toxic warmth of London towards the cold fresh air of Bath.
In our first year we started off with an impressive ?4th? place in our first tournament then went to give Niall a headache at the Wurzel Bash and (hopefully) entertained everyone with our plastic inflatable monkeys. The highlight of the last year for me was during the trip to Amsterdam to play a 5 man tournament in the freezing cold in January. The tournament was interesting but the evening in the bar was the perfect way to unwind and relax. (Thanks to the PGI Sharks for their patience.)
Since then, the team has grown in numbers and i wish them the best of luck for the coming year.
Whilst i still have an invitation to remain on tha Love's roster i am looking for a more local team who need an extra player.
Preferably i'd like to find a solid level Am level team rather than Novice but to be honest if you need a spare player for a tournament around Bath or Bristol in the next year get in touch and give me a call. All my kit is packed and ready to go.
Once again, thanks again to all of the team... It's been a blast seing the team go from three players + guests at the Temple to a squad looking to run two teams next year.
