Help!!

I have a smart parts impulse that is leaking from inside the marker itself, not the reg or bottle (CO2).
I have stripped the marker cleaned/regreased and replaced all o rings including the valve and hammer but it still leaks badly!

Anybody had this problem before or has any idea on what else it could be ?

i had an internal leak on mine. it was the flat rectangular seal that sits between the solenoid and the marker body. also if u have the input pressure over the 200 it can cause a leak.(at least it did on mine)

easy way to check whether it's the solenoid seal leaking is to take the marker, remove the two large screws that hold the grip on, remove the grip and solenoid tray complete. then gas up the marker. you should be able to tell quite easily if it is the solenoid seal then.
if it is, before you get a n ew seal, just remove the little screws holding the solenoid to the body and smear a bit of grease (dow corning) on both sides of the solenoid.

hope that helps a bit

thanks for the tips but it is not the solenoid leaking.
after many trials it appears to be leaking through the valve.
I have replaced all o rings on the valve and regreased it, but it is still leaking badly.....

any further ideas from anyone?

thanks
