Leaky EBlade

Okay. I've been given an E-Bladed Prostock to fix, the problem being a leak from the front of the solenoid. If I wind in the LPR, the leak gets progressively worse. As I wind out the LPR, the leak reduces, but the gun doesn't have enough pressure to re-cock itself. I've stripped, cleaned & lubed all the seals in the solenoid. Stripped & cleaned the LPR, but it's made no difference. Input pressure to the gun is 800psi, which I'm told is correct. It's running the standard Pro-stock vertical reg, which I'm assuming is still at the factory setting. Can anyone shed any light on this? It's driving me insane!!!

This is the gun itself, just in case anyone needs to know what reg or LPR is fitted.

If its leaking from inside the noid (not the gasket) then one of the solenoid orings may be worn.

Soak the solenoid piston in Timmy grease for a day or two to fatten up the orings.

Problem sussed. The solenoid housing has a stripped thread! The manifold gasket isn't sealing correctly.

I don't suppose you've got a solenoid housing, kicking around, have you?

No mate, sorry..Planet sell them I think, you will just have to pass the cost on to your customer...have you tried some JB weld or something to sort that stripped thread?
