there appears to be a problem with an internal seal as i am getting a loud hissing from the upper body of the marker underneath where the bolt would normally sit.

I've been advised to send it back and have the seal replaced. I was just wondering if anyone else had had his problem. It's really annoying me as i wanted to play with the new toy

First few batches of a new marker=first few batches of problems

I say send it back and dont risk your warranty, also lets them see the problem if it needs improving for later batches :D

Did you try shooting it a few times 1st? When I had my Hammer replaced it leaked there till I fired it then the hissing went away.

yep....tried shooting it last night - still a hissing

went to fire it a few more times this morning to try and see if the seal would bed in and the gun "hung". Wouldn't go to either live or safe mode - just alternating between saying semi and the id no. Peice of f**%$ng c$%*!!

There's a lot to be said for non-electro's ..... pull the trigger and it fires (most of the time)

Anyway john at LPShas been really helpful and the marker should be exchanged by courier tomorrow all being well.
