have you had your solenoid apart at anytime? end plates might not be tight enough.
or like ryan sez lp pressure to high or too low.
or your ram is fooked and its leaking air into the none pressurised section, down the lp hose into the noid and its venting from the noid.

appears to be leaking out of end plate at front of solenoid, ill try tightening the screws. Im starting with the reg from no flow increasing input and it leaks at the first hint of air.

EDIT: is the solenoid blown, still leaking??

United States......BITCHES!
Check Your Ram

Your Ram plunger (rubber in the ram) could be destroyed, which allows air to escape through your hoses, front-block screw, or even QEV's, if you have any installed. I know that happened to me with my Belsales 44 Magnum ram w/ QEV's on it. Check that out.

Right...I've taken the hosing off the ram. When I put air through it air comes through the rear barb, when the trigger is activated no air comes out of the front barb. Does this mean anything??? Blown solenoid?

Don't know if its of any significance but as I turn up the output on the lpr the hissing gets louder.

If its an E1 there is a design flaw that the screws strip there threads very easly try gassing it up it leaks out the housing yes pres the soleniod hard if the gas escapes slower you have a thread failure www.moodypaintball.com do a kit but you can easly do your own get some slightly longer bolts with bolt heads screw them through then tighten them up pulls it nice and tight so you dont have to try getting parts from planeteclipse.
