Leaking Centerflag Dynaflow

It's leaking from the front of the reg, where you need to insert an allen key to to adjust the pressure. No matter what I do there's always some air coming out. Seems a bit random as well, it alternates between coming out fairly quickly to just trickling out depending on the output pressure.. but doesnt necessarily increase as I turn the pressure up....

Any help at all would be much appreciated

I had typed a reply the other day but the power cut and I completely forgot about it.

Take the silver adjuster cap off the front and the spring will come out. Now there is a brass piston with an allen key grub screw shown. If it wont fall out, give it a bang or find the right allen key and get it free.
Inspect the o-ring to make sure its in one piece, give the reg a clean inside and get rid of any gunk.
Use some grease on the o-ring and put back together and hopefully it will have stopped.

So far i've had 2 of these and it was hit and miss if it stopped, but eventually I got rid of the leak.

I've not seen one of these for a while so it's hard to say which o-ring is at fault.

you could change that o-ring, this will help.

It is common with these reg unfortunately - i had one that pooted air exaclty the same - which ironically Mike had

A good clean up should ideally do it...
