I've never had to fix my cocker in the 5 years or so Ive owned it. Im not someone who understands how markers work but can have a go with direction.

However yesterday after a year of no use, the cocker was brought out to play. Oiled it as normal etc and had some good games. However in the afternoon the 3 way started to leak at the back.

With time it got worse until it was a constant leak. I understand there are some tiny o-rings in there, I have some spares but I have no idea which way to take out the insides to replace them etc, or how to do it? Once its in how do I know its timed properly etc?

Its a good time to do it anyway as I just brought a blade trigger for it.

Can anyone advise please?

It's been a long time, and I don't have access to my marker right now, but since no one has answered you-I'll try. Since you said you got a Blade trigger(frame?) for it, I would start by taking the grip off. If I remember correctly, there should be two screws holding it on(the one in the trigger guard is a pain). When the frame is off I would see if the rod that was on the trigger frame (while still connected to the three-way) will pull all the way out of the 3-way. If it does, you're fine(replace the o-rings), if not, you might have to disconnect the 3-way rod from the trigger rod and slide it out through the front. If my explanation is hazy at any point, just get back here for clarification;)

The bar from the trigger came out fine, the little circular block connector that joins that bar to the 3 way also was removed fine.

The rod inside with the little ident comes out so far then locks. Do I have to remove the little split ring things?

trigger bar connector 3way

The bar in the 3 way is copper coloured and will not pull out. Cant see a screw either end, only ring clips.....

I removed the bar and the connector with a little allen key, had two screws in it. This allowed me to remove it. The bit thats sticking out has 2 areas where the little o rings go, but it wont come out. I only know this cos I have a spare one.

Ill try removing the ring (although I dont have any tool small enough to do it) and see what happens later. ;)

Thanks for the help.

Matt, I may have a threaded timing rod and coupler which will make timing the gun so much easier...

If you want to come round to my place one evening we can get stuck into it? I have no scuba tank at the moment though as I took it in for test this morning.

Your three way leak is probablly due to a misalignment causing the o rings on the shaft to not seal, try wiggling timing rod to re-align or alternatively try turning up your cycling pressure as this can seal it up
