just inscrewed my air bottle and there was a small leak out of the front of the bottle (armageddon system) and i only had 500 or less psi of air left so can't fix it till i get more but thanks for the advice. is the leak just because it was low or is that another problem to add to the list?

leak out the front of the bottle??

what exactly do you mean by this??

if you mean the barrell.. Then its quite likely this is just due to low pressure..

if you do mean the bottle, check the end for dirt & grit, its the only thing i can think of.

Air system probably just needs a seal replaced, which probably has nothing to do with your 'noid. Like was already said, check the gasket, and also double check your input pressure. The impulse doesn't have an LPR (unless you've installed one), so your input pressure=your 'noid pressure, and when you overpressurize it, it bleeds out the excess to prevent damage.

right im an impy owner myself and i had the same problem as you like others have said check your gaskett, but the reason for your bolt going forward is because theres to much lube in your solinoid you will have to take it apart and clean the spool valve of any excess lube that should work, well it work for me any how also make sure your input pressure is not below 150 or above 200.

If you've taken your 'noid apart to put lube in it, did u put it back together properly?
The end cap of the 'noid has a little notch on it, make sure the notch sits against the body/housing.
I had this problem once on my gImp,
good luck
