hmm...
i believe the LCD was released in 1999, it did first have the 2 finger trigger at that point, the Angel LED SE was done being manufactered in 2000.....i think......the single finger is an option on both but is usually accompanied with a custom built angel, because of the fact that most people think that a double trigger somehow makes the gun faster.......hmmm.......

Course a double trigger increases rate of fire. It acts as a lever, making the trigger pull lighter, and so easier. The easier a trigger pull is the faster you can fire cos you are putting less energy into each shot, and spreading it over many.
double triggers also extend the length of time you can pull the trigger for,.. simply use another finger when the first is tired
